Education Process- 4 years academic bachelor
- The graduates before the implementation of Bologna studied 3 years:
o They are not required to complete the remaining credits (ECTS) to equal the degree
o A system of equivalence to edequate the previous graduates to the current title of podiatry degree has been established
- It is not mandatory to study the Master to work
- The master is bnecessary to do the doctoral thesis and obtain the Doctoral Degree by the University

Governemental recognition:- The title of Podiatrist is recognized by the government
- Listed in the LOPS (Health Care Organisation Law – ley 44/2003, de 21 de noviembre, de ordenación de las profesiones sanitarias)

- Podiatry studies can only be modified with the government approval
Allowing foreign podiatrists- Speak Spanish
- If you can't speak Spanish you need to go to the University 1 year for surgical and exam or 3 years maximum depending on the country
